Abstract
Objective : This study sought to determine the impact of aerobic exercise and computerized cognitive rehabilitation treatment on stroke patients with cognitive function problems.

Methods : Twenty stroke patients with cognitive function problems at M Hospital in Seoul were treated with aerobic exercise and computerized cognitive rehabilitation treatment, Computerized cognitive rehabilitation treatment was conducted for 30 minutes, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. As a cognitive function evaluation tool, we used K-MMSE and SNSB-II s Digit Span Test, Memory (SVLT-E), Contrasting program, Go-no-Go, Fist-Edge-Palm, and K-MBI to correlate cognitive and daily life performance.

Results : K-MMSE and K-MBI scores were significantly improved in the experimental group with aerobic exercise and computerized cognitive rehabilitation, and this group showed significantly improved memory, concentration, and frontal lobe function compared to the control group. There was also a significant correlation between cognitive function in the experimental group and functional recovery of daily life behavior.

Conclusion : An intervention method that combines aerobic exercise and computerized cognitive rehabilitation is effective in improving cognitive function in patients with stroke.
